Movie actions take place in the near-future, when technology companies began to provide a service for a person to improve his body and abilities thanks to nanotechnology. Grey Trace works as a mechanic; he doesn't trust new technologies and tries to use the technique to a minimum. His wife works in one of the companies that implements technical devices in human life.

One day, Grey and Asha were attacked, unknown people broke Grey's spine. He managed to survive, but his spouse couldn't be saved. After a long time of rehabilitation, Grey returns home. He has a crazy desire to take revenge on the attackers. To be able to walk, he asks for help from Eron, who is introducing a new technical device into Grey's spine, after which his motor function is restored.
