Lucas and Chloé are gambling gamers who are always in search of the next dose of adrenaline. When they receive an offer to take part in an ultimate escape game called Paranoia and earn some money, they agree without hesitation. This is a game in which a person can lose touch with reality. Lucas and Chloé cannot even imagine how dangerous can be their next fun.

After considering the application for participation, they find themselves in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, where previously there were patients with serious mental illness.
